We work with you throughout the negotiation process and stay in touch after hiring to ensure longevity. Engagement pricing includes an initial fee and subsequent placement fee upon hiring.

    In our Partnership model, we function as an extension of your in-house team. With a flat-fee, monthly retainer, our staffing consultants work to fill your open positions with quality candidates. In this model, pricing is based on number of open searches and includes unlimited placements. After filling a role, you can add a new position with no additional charges. Partnerships include a comprehensive Organizational Assessment that gives you a 360 report and helps guide our team to find best-fit candidates to match your unique needs.
